14 February 2008Vladivostok Avia will launch a new itinerary to Frankfurt beginning April 30. Flights will depart from Moscow at 12:20 p.m. on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and arrive at Frankfurt-Hahn airport, about 75 miles from Frankfurt. Return flights will depart at 3:10 p.m. One way airfare will be 4,800 rubles ($195); round trip, 9,800 rubles ($397). Public transportation from Hahn to Frankfurt costs 12 euro ($17) and takes about 1 hour 45 minutes. www.vladavia.ru.

Aeroflot is offering a discount on flights to some U.S. cities. There are special round-trip fares from Moscow to New York (379 euro; $551), Boston (370 euro; $538), Chicago (399 euro; $580), Miami (489 euro; $711), San Francisco (519 euro; $754), and Seattle (559 euro; $812). These prices do not include airport taxes and other surcharges. The sale lasts until Feb. 28 and travel must be completed by March 31.

The sale on Aeroflot's Moscow-Copenhagen itinerary will continue until Feb. 17. The round trip price is 9,013 rubles ($365), travel must be completed by March 31. www.aeroflot.ru.

Delta Airlines is offering discounts on U.S.-bound flights from Moscow. Round trip airfare is 18,515 rubles ($750) to New York, 21,400 rubles ($867) to Boston and 21,570 rubles ($874) to Chicago. Prices include all taxes. Tickets must be purchased before Feb. 28. Date of departure must be before March 31, maximum length of stay is one month. ru.delta.com.

Sky Express is offering promotional 500 rubles ($20) fare on all of its regular flights. The promotion will last while discount tickets are available. As of Feb. 7, 5,000 tickets were remaining at the special price. www.skyexpress.ru.
